What happens in case of rain?
In case of rain, we have two options available. The tour can be comfortably conducted aboard a minibus to ensure maximum comfort and safety for the participants. Alternatively, if you prefer, we can postpone the tour to a later date that is more suitable for the weather conditions. Your safety and comfort are our priority, and we will do everything possible to ensure you have a positive experience, regardless of the weather conditions.
Are the bicycles used during the Bike'n'Wine event electric?
No, the bikes used during the Bike'n'Wine event are not electric bikes. Our flaming red bikes come from the Ri-Cicletta atelier, an organization dedicated to promoting social and environmental sustainability through the reuse of materials and recycling.
What should we bring?
All you need to bring are comfortable clothes, sports shoes, sunscreen, and a big dose of enthusiasm to have fun!
Is it possible to organize a Bike'n'Wine experience outside the proposed dates?
Absolutely! If you would like to organize an experience on dates other than those proposed, we are happy to help. All you need is at least two weeks’ notice and a minimum group of six participants. It will be our pleasure to create a custom tour tailored to your needs. Contact us and we will work together to plan an unforgettable experience.
Is it possible to have the Bike'n'Wine experience during the grape harvest period?
Yes, it is possible to participate in the Bike'n'Wine experience during the harvest period. However, it is important to note that during this very busy season for winemakers, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to personally meet all the wine producers along the route. During the harvest, winemakers are often occupied with activities related to grape harvesting and winemaking. Therefore, some wineries may not be open to the public or may have limited hours for tastings.
