Food Safety and System Compliance
Borgovecchio produces products and services that comply with the applicable legislative and regulatory requirements for Food Safety, ensuring safe products for consumers. We apply good manufacturing practices in a transparent and documented manner, implement and update our Food Safety Management System EN ISO 22000, ensure the traceability of our products, and maintain control and verification of our entire production chain and that of our suppliers.
Competence and Responsibility
We promote internal skills and define the responsibilities of our staff through continuous training and communication. We ensure the safety of our staff and constantly strive to reduce the environmental impact of our processes.
We communicate our expectations and needs transparently.
Continuous Improvement
We invest in our infrastructure, keeping pace with technological development and ensuring the proper functioning of our facilities with preventive maintenance.
We challenge ourselves constructively by regularly reviewing the Food Safety Management System, setting goals, and identifying improvement opportunities.
